I'll tell you the first three places I'd look. Free, no pitch — and specific to your org, not a canned checklist. If it turns out you don't need me, you'll still leave the call knowing where your leak is.
You don't need to diagnose it first. "Our follow-up depends on one person's memory" or "the nightly job fails and nobody knows why" is plenty. Describing the symptom is my job's first step, not yours.
01You book a call or send a note describing the leak — a sentence or two is enough.
02We talk for twenty minutes. I ask the questions; you don't prepare anything.
03You get the first three places I'd look, in writing. What you do with them — including nothing, or fixing them yourself — is entirely up to you.
