What the site collects, why it is used, and the choices you have.
Pockets Full Systems uses the information you provide to run the site, respond to requests, and improve the Leak Finder.
The Leak Finder records quiz answers, scores, result segment, and the choices made during the quiz. If you request a write-up, it also collects your first and last name, email address, and optional company. We record preferences such as the request not to receive proactive follow-up.
A newsletter form collects an email address only when you choose to submit that form. A newsletter request is separate from a request for a Leak Finder write-up.
To operate, protect, and debug the service, technical request information can include IP address, browser user agent, submission timing, and anti-abuse fields.
We use quiz and contact information to provide a requested diagnostic or write-up, operate and secure the site, investigate errors or abuse, and improve the diagnostic. We may follow up about potential work only where the supplied preference allows it. Newsletter email is used only when you explicitly request the newsletter.
Choosing “just the write-up” stops proactive sales follow-up. It does not stop us from using the email address you provided to deliver the specifically requested write-up.
Pockets Full Systems uses self-hosted CRM, database, automation, and email-delivery systems to handle these requests. Information is shared with those systems only to operate the purposes described above.
