Pockets Full Systems

Privacy Policy

Plain language about your information.

What the site collects, why it is used, who receives it, and the choices you have.

Pockets Full Systems is a brand operated by Master Labs LLC, based in Orlando, Florida, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy describes how we handle information from this website, the Leak Finder and newsletter signup forms. Questions can be sent to hello@pocketsfull.io.

1. What this covers

This policy covers the public marketing site at pocketsfull.io, its Leak Finder diagnostic, the systems that process those submissions, and newsletter subscriptions made through the site. It also covers messages you send in response to these features. It does not describe every separate service on our subdomains or the handling of client project data under a separate agreement.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Leak Finder responses: selected answers, quiz scores, result segment, submission identifier and timing, and your follow-up preference. Responses are submitted even if you skip providing contact details.
  • Write-up requests: first and last name, email address and optional company, along with the diagnostic and write-up generated from your answers.
  • Newsletter requests: your email address when you submit a newsletter form. Newsletter signup is separate from requesting a write-up.
  • Correspondence: your email address and the information you choose to include when you email us. The call-request link opens a prepared email; it does not book an appointment automatically.

Technical and operational information

Requests to our services include technical information such as an IP address and browser user agent. For the Leak Finder, we record submission timing and anti-abuse checks. Rejected submissions can be logged with their submitted content, email address, IP address, user agent and rejection reason. Our systems also record processing errors, write-up send attempts and delivery-provider responses. The newsletter system has aggregate open and click tracking enabled, with subscriber-level tracking disabled. Email measurement can be affected by the recipient’s email software.

3. Cookies, fonts and analytics

The public marketing pages and Leak Finder do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies or use browser local storage to save your quiz answers. Quiz answers are held in the page while you complete it and sent to our intake service on submission.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes requests to Google, which receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser headers. See Google’s privacy policy. Separate services you visit, including the newsletter subscription pages, may use their own cookies or session mechanisms.

4. How we use it

  • Calculate and display your diagnostic, assemble the write-up you request, and send it by email.
  • Respond to enquiries and identify requests that need a reply.
  • Create internal follow-up tasks where your diagnostic and follow-up preference allow it.
  • Process a newsletter subscription when you separately request one.
  • Investigate failed requests, prevent duplicate processing and spam, and review how the diagnostic performs.

5. Processing and legal bases

The Leak Finder uses predefined scoring rules and prepared text to generate its results and write-ups. Its intake workflow checks submissions for validity and abuse, and uses the answers and follow-up preference to decide whether to create an internal sales follow-up task. This workflow does not send your answers to an AI model to generate the write-up.

For visitors covered by EU or UK data protection law, we process information to deliver the write-up you request. For sales follow-up, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to potential business needs. You can object to that follow-up by choosing “please don’t reach out” in the diagnostic or emailing us.

6. Where information goes

  • Self-hosted systems: our netcup VPS hosts the website and the systems used for this intake: Twenty (CRM), NocoDB (submission and delivery records), n8n (automation), and Listmonk (email and subscriptions).
  • Postmark: this hosted email provider processes recipient and message information to deliver email sent through our email system.
  • Slack: this hosted team messaging service receives internal lead and error notifications, which can include contact details, diagnostic summaries, processing status and links to our internal records. Choosing “just the write-up” does not prevent these operational notifications.
  • Google Fonts: Google receives font requests from your browser as described in section 3.

These are the services involved in operating the site and diagnostic described here. Links to external websites are covered separately in section 13.

7. Stored records and retention

Submitting the Leak Finder creates stored diagnostic records; closing your browser does not delete them. Contact details, answers, generated write-ups, delivery records and internal notifications can be held in different systems. Newsletter subscription records are separate from diagnostic records. We do not use a fixed retention period: we keep information while it remains relevant to your inquiry or our relationship, and delete it on request. To request deletion, email hello@pocketsfull.io.

8. Security

The site and its intake endpoints use HTTPS. Access to the CRM, database, automation and email administration systems requires authentication. These measures do not guarantee that information is completely secure.

9. Processing across borders

We are based in the United States, and information submitted to us is stored and processed in the United States. Our netcup VPS and the self-hosted systems listed above are US-based. Postmark and Slack are US companies. If you are outside the United States, submitting information involves sending it to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

10. Your rights and choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold by emailing hello@pocketsfull.io. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data protection authority. The availability of a right and any exceptions depend on the applicable law. We may need information to verify a request.

Leak Finder follow-up. Choosing “just the write-up” stops proactive sales follow-up for that diagnostic. It does not stop delivery of the requested write-up or operational processing and notifications. You can also email us to ask us to stop following up.

Newsletter. A write-up request does not subscribe you to the newsletter. You can email us to ask to stop newsletter messages or use the unsubscribe option provided in newsletter messages.

11. Children

The site and diagnostic are designed for business and professional use. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact hello@pocketsfull.io so we can address the request.

12. Browser privacy signals

The public site does not currently change its behaviour in response to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control browser signals. You can use the contact address above to make a privacy request.

13. Links and third-party services

When you follow a link to another website, that website’s operator handles information under its own privacy policy. Read that policy before providing information there.

14. Changes to this policy

Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised date. Check this page for the current description of our practices.
